Hello all,
As of July 11, 2019 we have successfully picked, packed, and shipped all reward packages for Penny Lane!
We send a shipping notification email for each package when it goes through our local processing facility. If it’s been a few days since this update was posted and you have not seen your notification email, please check your spam folder. If you have further questions about your shipment, please contact [email protected].
If you receive your package and any pieces are missing or damaged, please use our replacements form.

Fulfillment Starting

Hello all,
Our awesome inventory team was able to get our shipment processed super quickly, so as of July 2, 2019, we are have begun to pick, pack, and ship reward packages out to you.
You should receive a shipping notification to the email you included in your pledge manager when your package label is printed or scanned through the local facility.

Cargo Update

Hello everyone,
I wanted to let you know that our cargo has been received at our warehouse, and our awesome team on the ground is in the process of unpacking, inspecting, and entering everything into inventory. Boats on the Water!

Hello all,
We're pleased to report that production has wrapped, and our shipment has left the factory and is making its way across the ocean to us. It usually takes between 4-6 weeks for the ship to reach port, clear customs, and for the cargo to make its way to our warehouse. We will let you know when fulfillment is starting in the coming weeks as our shipment gets closer. Thanks everyone!

Production Nearing Completion

Hello all,
We're happy to report that production on Penny Lane has been going smoothly and should wrap up in a couple weeks. We're anticipating our shipment leaving the factory the first week of May, which would put fulfillment in June. I'll be back with another update next month, hopefully announcing that our shipment is on the water! Thanks everyone!
